Simply come boldly.

Hebrews 4:15-16 says,

“For we do not have a High Priest who is unable to sympathize and understand our weaknesses and temptations, but One who has been tempted [knowing exactly how it feels to be human] in every respect as we are, yet without [committing any] sin. Therefore let us [with privilege] approach the throne of grace [that is, the throne of God’s gracious favor] with confidence and without fear, so that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find [His amazing] grace to help in time of need [an appropriate blessing, coming just at the right moment].”

This is the key to getting all of the mercy, grace and help that we need: simply come boldly. ‘Low self-esteem’ or a ‘lack of confidence’ is the real culprit here.

There’s a single mental shift you can make, that will solve enormous problems for you in a millisecond. We do not have to climb number of steps barefoot, or crawl, or beat ourselves or beg.

Jesus represents us. We have a high priest in heaven, who knows what it is to be betrayed, accused, insulted or left alone. He faced every challenge that we go through. As a result we are commanded to come boldly to God’s throne for help.

Refuse to worry! There is no situation that is made better by worry. Think about it, you being anxious has never solved anything, it has not healed but rather made you more sick.

You have an open invitation to approach the throne of grace and Jesus is waiting!
